Two years ago, I started my own leadership coaching practice, Jenny Silver Consulting, which has enabled me to do the work that I love the most in academic settings, business start-ups, and non-profits. Being a thought partner to leaders and empowering them to problem solve workplace issues is my true sweet spot.

I recently opened a business account with UMassFive, and received excellent guidance from Jeremy Raddar who walked me through the process.
What do you do in your free time?
Gardening, playing guitar, collaging, and fiction writing

My Kindle, my Felco pruners, and sunscreen, of course.
