Gary Talbot


Serving our Hadley, Northampton, and UMass Amherst Branches.

Gary is a licensed mortgage professional. His extensive education and experience in the home buying process benefits his clients, always providing for a smooth transaction from pre-approval to closing.

Gary has spent over 30 years in mortgage financing. He has worked for Member Advantage Mortgage (MAM) for nearly 10 years, and currently holds the position of Senior Mortgage Consultant. His areas of expertise include Conventional mortgages, Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loans, Veteran Administration (VA) Loan, Jumbo loan programs and in helping first time homebuyers.

Gary resides in Westhampton Massachusetts with his wife Alaina, his son Garret and their Golden Retriever named Gulliver. Gary enjoys hiking, golfing, disc golfing, snowboarding, and his favorite pastime is to see live music in any form.

Tom Keville


Serving our UMass Worcester and Mercy Medical Center Branches.

Tom is a nationally registered mortgage officer licensed in the State of Massachusetts. He has been assisting clients and members since 1986. Tom’s experience and expertise allow him to provide a myriad of financing options. He loves working with first-time homebuyers while taking the time to educate and prepare them for the dream of home-ownership. In addition to offering conventional and Federal Housing Administration (FHA) mortgage products, Tom specializes in offering unique credit union mortgage programs aligned to UMassFive's  members. Tom also conducts informative monthly first-time Homebuyer Seminars.

Tom resides in Sturbridge MA, In his free time he enjoys 4 wheeling, fishing, and hiking with his chocolate and black Labs; Benny and Jet.
