The smart ATM at our VA Branch is temporarily out of service. While we work to restore service, members are encouraged to use the ATM located on the main floor of Building 1, or any surcharge-free MoneyPass ATM. Our online and mobile banking services remain available as usual.

Community Room Reservation Request

UMassFive is proud to offer the use of our Community Room to our Sponsor Groups, members, employees, and local non-profit groups to utilize free of charge. This space, which accommodates up to 20 people, is meant for meetings, presentations, and collaboration. The usage of this room must meet the approval of UMassFive management, and should not include sales or collection of admission fees. The person requesting this room should be a UMassFive member or partner.

The space may be accessible between 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 8 AM to noon on Saturday. Once you submit a request, a UMassFive representative will reach out to discuss the request, availability, and our final approval.
