Enhanced Card
Controls—Now For
Your Entire Wallet

Following our much-anticipated credit card system upgrade, we’re thrilled to now extend the features of My Cards controls to UMassFive credit cards!

Whether you’re using your debit card at a local market, or swiping your credit card to kick off a big project, swipe with confidence knowing that you have complete control of your UMassFive cards within both Online Banking and your Mobile Banking app.

With My Cards, you can:

  • Stay ahead of scammers—turn your cards on and off in just a few clicks or taps! This feature will give you peace of mind knowing that a misplaced card can’t be picked up and used. Plus, your card’s active status updates in real time, ensuring your card number is only being used when you’re at the checkout.
  • Manage how and where your cards are used. Set spending limits or restrict transactions to certain locations and merchants.
  • Receive real-time transaction and usage alerts on your mobile device so you know exactly when and where your cards have been used, every time.
  • Create a travel plan to let us know where you will be swiping your card, without needing to call us.
  • Review your spending by month and category, and access your recurring payment information for subscriptions, as well as which merchants have your card saved on file.
  • Access uChoose Rewards for debit and Visa Rewards cardholders, and watch your points add up!
