We get it! Sometimes making it to a branch can be tricky. That’s why we offer our members the option to bank on their schedule in whatever way is most convenient. This includes expanding your phone banking options, and opening new deposit accounts online.

Phone Banking
Members have the option to call us to access a phone tree that supports basic banking transactions, including: hearing your account balances, reviewing your transaction history, confirming check clearings, making account transfers, and applying for loan payments. Call 413.256.5500, select option 2, then follow the prompts. 

 

Open Accounts Online
We are pleased to announce that members can now open additional consumer checking and savings accounts online, including Term Deposit accounts. Simply log into Online Banking and click “Open New Consumer Account” on the right navigation pane.
