Will Wilcox, Branch Manager Will has twenty years of financial industry experience, most recently at Dutch Point Credit Union in Connecticut. He also served as a Training and Outreach Specialist, managed the organization’s financial coaching program, and is now a UMassFive Money Guide. 

Nia Recchia, Lead Member Service Specialist With 17 years of retail banking experience, Nia is passionate about delivering exceptional member service. She enjoys helping members find financial solutions while creating a welcoming and supportive branch environment. 

Danny Albizu, Member Service Specialist Drawing on 10 years of banking experience, Danny is dedicated to building relationships and helping members reach their financial goals. He is also an active volunteer with local nonprofit organizations.

Jessica Donais, Member Service Specialist. Jessica has extensive credit union experience, including leadership in branch operations and staff development. She also enjoys promoting financial literacy and has volunteered in local schools to help educate students about personal finance. 

Jowayne Cargail, Member Service Specialist / Floater Jowayne comes to UMassFive with experience in both branch and call center banking, assisting members with everyday transactions, account support, and fraud concerns. He is committed to providing knowledgeable, personalized service to every member.
