SMART is the Credit Union’s quality service motto. It stands for “Sharp, Motivated, Aware, Responsible, Team-Player.”
Megan Lagoy originally started with the Credit Union in 2012 as a Contact Center Representative. For a short time in 2014 (less than six months), she left the Credit Union for a job at a bank, only to realize that UMassFive was her employer of choice, so she came back to us! Since then, she has been promoted to Contact Center Supervisor, Contact Center Manager, and most recently she was promoted to Assistant Vice President of the Contact Center in 2018.
Here's what Megan's coworkers had to say about her:
Megan has been a true team leader to the Contact Center staff. She has been encouraging, supportive, and a great coach. She clearly communicates with all of us and shares information. She constantly shows appreciation to others for their independent role in the department, while helping each team member to fulfill the Credit Union mission and goals.
Jon Reske has been the Vice President of Marketing for UMassFive for over 23 years. Jon has built an excellent Marketing Department during his time here that includes in-house graphic design, social media marketing, and marketing analytics—just to name a few of the many marketing efforts he has spearheaded. Jon will be starting the next chapter of his life in early January 2020, when he plans to retire and spend time traveling with his wife.
Here's what Jon's coworkers had to say about him:
Over the many years that Jon has been employed at the Credit Union, he has always taken great pride in both creating and supporting our brand and culture. Never one to not think outside the box, Jon has had numerous success stories with helping our members with their financial needs. Over my 10+ year tenure, it has been a pleasure watching the Credit Union evolve into a half billion dollar, 40,000 member enterprise with Jon’s signature on so many initiatives.
