UMassFive Sticker Contest Full Details

1.) No purchase or consideration is necessary to enter or win.

2.) The contest is open to UMassFive members and supporters who are 18 years of age or older and reside in one of the 48 contiguous United States.

3.) Employees and volunteer officials of UMassFive College Federal Credit Union, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to win.

4.) The contest period runs from September 1, 2024, through December 31, 2027.

5.) To Enter: While supplies last, obtain a UMassFive “Credit Unions Rock” bumper sticker at a UMassFive College Federal Credit Union branch location and complete and submit a registration form. Registration forms may be submitted in person at a UMassFive branch or by mail to the address provided on the form. Alternatively, participants may request a sticker by mail and register for the contest using the online request form at umassfive.coop/sticker.

6.) Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. There is a limit of one registration per person. The registered entrant must display the UMassFive bumper sticker on a personal belonging in a visible location.

7.) Once per calendar month, a UMassFive representative will randomly select a winner from the pool of qualified entries and contact the winner by email and/or phone to notify them that they have won that month’s prize. A $250 check will be awarded to the contest winner each month.

8.) The winner must be able to provide photographic proof that the UMassFive bumper sticker is displayed on one of their personal belongings and must claim the prize in person within 30 days of the prize being awarded. Participants may win only once during the contest period. All decisions are final and are at UMassFive’s sole discretion. Valid photo identification must be provided to collect the contest prize.

9.) If UMassFive is unable to contact a monthly winner within 10 business days of selection, UMassFive will select a new winner. All prizes will be awarded. If a prize is unavailable, UMassFive College Federal Credit Union may substitute a comparable prize.

1.) Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible registrations received.

11.) UMassFive College Federal Credit Union will not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, damage, injury, or expense resulting from a winner’s acceptance or use of a prize.

12.) Any applicable taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

13.) Void where prohibited by law.

14.) Entering this contest constitutes the entrant’s consent to the use of their name and likeness in UMassFive publications and promotions without further consideration.
