Coming Soon: New Smart ATMs
The Credit Union is working on replacing our existing fleet of ATM/Video Teller machines with updated Smart ATMs. These new machines will allow you to conduct many more of your routine banking transactions without the need to start a Video Teller session. This is especially handy when utilizing these machines outside of normal business hours!
Of course, if you prefer the personal touch of a UMassFive employee, or simply need help with a transaction, our Video Tellers will still be readily available to serve you during their regular business hours. The first Smart ATM is expected to be installed in our Hadley Branch lobby interior in January.

Join Us for Our 58th Annual Meeting!
UMassFive College Credit Union’s Annual Meeting will be held in-person at our Hadley Branch at 200 Westgate Center Drive on Wednesday March 19, 2024, beginning promptly at 6:00 p.m.
In addition to the in-person meeting, a livestream will once again be broadcast on Zoom. Registration for this option will be shared closer to the Annual Meeting date.
