Davin Kohler

was nominated and selected by their co-workers to be this edition's SMART employees for the First Quarter 2024.

Davin Kohler began his career with UMassFive in August 2014 as a Payment Services Representative before moving to the lending department as a Loan Servicing Specialist/Senior Loan Servicing Specialist in 2016.  In February 2020, he moved to Operations as a Card Services Specialist.

“Davin is continuously on top of his game when it comes to providing employee support. He is quick to reply and always willing to go the extra step to look into member situations.  He always provides a positive, willing-to-help attitude. His knowledge is superb, and he also takes the time to educate staff on what to look for or why things happen.  It’s always a pleasure to communicate with Davin!”

Davin is quick, kind, and ready to give guidance. I really enjoy working with him! Davin is always willing to help with every interaction. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. He is always on top of things, and willing to explain things.  He understands we are on the phone with a member and will always answer in a timely manner. Davin is always prompt in responding to member requests and is always willing to help out when questions are asked. Davin is a valued team member!”
