We’ve kept track of your pain points and honest feedback, noted what you love, and carefully vetted new features that complement and enhance the ease of use you’ve come to expect. It’s been a long time coming, and we’ve had such a hard time keeping this a secret! Here is what you can expect from our updated experience when the time comes:

One Great Experience—at your PC and on the go
Our enhanced mobile app will hold all the same features as logging into online banking on a computer. View your statements, open new accounts, flag fraudulent transactions, and so much more—anytime, anywhere, from any device.
Getting Business Done Better
For our small business owners, access to cash flow tools like enhanced reports, bills due and managing sub-users has typically come with a price tag from third-party apps. We’re proud to be integrating all of this into our commercial online & mobile banking at no cost so you can get the insights you need to keep your business going and growing.
The Full Picture
Financial education tools don’t have to be limited to meeting with our Money Guides, (though we do understand if you prefer that in-person touch!). When our updated digital banking experience goes live, you’ll be able to budget and see exactly where your money is being spent, set savings goals and track your progress, check your credit score anytime, and even securely link accounts you hold at other institutions—so you can view your entire financial picture in one place.

You’ll be able to handle transaction disputes on your own, quickly and easily, while also choosing new, secure ways to receive alerts. Our goal is to give you peace of mind, so you can trust that every communication you receive from us is safe, secure, and truly from your Credit Union.

Other Key Details
Once we turn on these features, you will notice a new and improved look to our system, both online and in our mobile app. This includes a new mobile app icon, with our white star turning purple. The best part? Everything you’ve already set up—your scheduled payments, account nicknames, direct deposit, and BillPay—will continue to work just as usual when we roll out the new features.
What you can do to ensure your experience is seamless:
- Ensure automatic updates are turned on for your mobile apps, under Settings > App Store > App Updates.
- Double check that your email address and mobile phone number are current with the Credit Union by calling our Contact Center, visiting a branch, or sending us a secure message in Online Banking. This will help us ensure delivery of your multifactor authentication codes when you log into the updated experience.
- Keep record of your Online Banking login User ID. (this is what you type as your username to log in)
