While MassHousing’s affordable mortgage loans and down payment assistance aren’t for everyone, they’re available to more people than you might think. To understand if a MassHousing Mortgage may be right for you, first answer the following questions:
- Do you earn less than $205,335 per year?
- Are you in the market to buy a single-family home, condo, or 2-4 family property in Massachusetts?
- Will this home be your primary residence?
If you answered yes to these questions, you may be a good candidate for a MassHousing Loan.
