How long have you been a UMassFive College Federal Credit Union member?
Over five years.
Have you had an especially good experience with UMassFive?
Indeed, I have had nothing short of a good experience with UMassFive, from dealing with knowledgeable and friendly staff to having access to a range of services offered by the Credit Union. Above all, I like the feel[ing] that I belong each time I visit UMassFive. As a member, UMassFive feels like home.
What do you like best about UMassFive?
I like the UMassFive Points System the best—be it Co-op or Buzz Points. I think the idea of the points system is ingenious and customer friendly! I use my points in various ways—it's nice to see [them] accumulate and that it helps knock off some fees that other financial institutions would ordinarily charge their customers. I would describe the Co-op Points as a stress reducer! haha
What do you do in your free time?
I read books and mostly do things that enhance my well-being including connecting with God to fuel up. Because I have many lives, and juggle a lot of things all day long, I think it's important that I stay grounded. I also go to the gym. Importantly, I genuinely enjoy hanging out with my family, and sometimes friends.
What is your favorite food?
Red beans and plantains with peppered dried fish sauce.

A Counseling Psychologist!
