You may have heard that we integrated our debit card management tool right into our Mobile Banking app to provide greater convenience to our members, but have you taken advantage of it yet?

My Cards allows you to be in complete control of your UMassFive debit card within your mobile banking app. With My Cards, you can:

• Manage how and where your debit card is used. Set spending limits, or restrict transactions to certain locations and merchants.
• Receive real-time transaction and usage alerts to your mobile device so you know exactly when and where your debit card has been used, every time.
• Create a travel plan to let us know where you will be swiping your debit card, without needing to call.
• Better understand your transaction trends. You can review your spending by month and category, and access your recurring payment information for subscriptions as well as what merchants have your card saved on file.
• Turn your debit card on and off in just a few taps—which is a great first step in preventing fraud prior to reporting your debit card as lost or stolen.
