Brittany Ward has been with UMassFive for seven years, beginning in January 2015. She began her career here as a Member Service Specialist before becoming the Retail Training Specialist for our branches, before serving as the Manager of the Video Teller Department. Most recently, as of January 1, she has been promoted again to Manager of our Hadley Branch!

“[Brittany] has helped me so much since I started working here and works so hard. She does an amazing job managing her team members. She is always ready to help; whether it's with trainings, questions within her department, instant messages from other employees, or tracking down information for retail staff.
