Brittany has been with UMassFive since January 2015. Like so many of our management team, she began her career here as a Member Service Specialist (in the Hadley Branch) before a brief stint as our Sales Support Specialist and a transition to Retail Training Specialist. Brittany moved into management in December 2017 and has held several positions on her journey: first as our ITM Supervisor, then Assistant Manager of the Contact Center, then back to ITM as the ITM Manager, and finally back to her UMassFive Hadley roots starting in January 2022 with her current position of Hadley Branch Manager.
