About Sadie Higgins and Astarte Farm
Sadie is the Assistant Manager/Greenhouse Manager at Astarte Farm in Hadley. Originally from Cape Cod, she currently resides in Easthampton, where she has lived for almost a decade. In Sadie's free time, she enjoys live music, music festivals, dancing, and reading, especially outdoors in a hammock when possible.
Located on the Hadley common, Astarte Farm is a no-till, no-spray, certified organic farm. Since 2000, they’ve prioritized soil health and sustainability in their mission to deliver tasty, high-quality, fruits and vegetables. Astarte Farm offers CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) shares to our local community, and is a participant in UMassFive's Farm Share loan program.
