• My Cards. Self-serve card controls built conveniently inside our Online Banking and Mobile Banking app.
• Visa Real Time Purchase Alerts. Receive a text or email alert each time you swipe your UMassFive Credit Card.
• EMV Chip technology. 
• Verified By Visa. Designed to help you keep your transactions and personal information safe.
• Note: When your Visa credit card is being used in an unusual location or manner, we take notice. Please let us know about your travel plans (such as vacations), to avoid any service interruption. If you believe there is fraud on your credit card, turn off your card by using My Cards and call 413-256-5500 and select Option 6.
